About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

Very clean!  I love the designated parking space and the coded entry makes it so nice to not have to struggle with a key.  Additionally, the beds are extremely comfortable!  All in all, a great short term rental in Louisville!  Thanks Matt!

Kudos also to Matt for being a terrific and responsive host. As other reviewers have said, he provides an information packet that is amazingly detailed and useful. You can't go wrong staying at Matt's place.

					  An easy all five stars review. Matt's personal communication started before our arrival and continued as much as needed. It felt more like staying at a friend's than renting. The... read more area was great with local, fun restaurants and easy access to everywhere we needed andcwanted to be. we enjoyed the smart-technolgy, cabinet of DVD's, and vintage games. We'd definitely book with Matt again.
