About this space
Located in The Highlands, one of the most fun and safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks and bars; some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, the condo is tucked four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca), so you can sleep without being woken by the city’s 4 AM nightlife. It's a perfect home base for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries, and just minutes to downtown, I-65, the Expo Center and the airport.
The condo holds up to 6 guests comfortably. If you have 7 to 12 guests, you can book these two condos side by side for ultimate space and privacy.
Enjoy 1,700+ sq ft all to yourself. Walk in through a private entrance, just a few steps from your two reserved off-street parking spaces, which is rare in this area.
On the first floor you’ll find a very open space: the living room with a 65″ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, a free arcade machine and a Sonos speaker system.
On the upper level, the two bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle, which makes it especially good for a group of couples or anyone traveling with kids.

Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Short driving distance to other activities. My son loved the arcade game. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed.
We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs.
The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating.
This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!
Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Wonderful experience!! Matt has gone above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. The Condo is outfitted with tons of things to keep you busy and entertained. Super clean, modern, and classy. Better than any high end hotel I have stayed at.
An easy all five stars review. Matt's personal communication started before our arrival and continued as much as needed. It felt more like staying at a friend's than renting. The area was great with local, fun restaurants and easy access to everywhere we needed and wanted to be. We enjoyed the smart technology, cabinet of DVD's, and vintage games. We'd definitely book with Matt again.

This is a great Airbnb. Great location in Louisville because it is in the midst of a busy walkable neighborhood, but because of the trees and the way the building is situated, it feels very private and quiet so you get the best of both worlds.
Very clean! I love the designated parking space and the coded entry makes it so nice to not have to struggle with a key. Additionally, the beds are extremely comfortable! All in all, a great short term rental in Louisville! Thanks Matt!
