About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

					  If you are considering staying here, just DO IT!! Matt was an amazing host! His communication and "local tips" were the absolute best!  We stayed here with our three... read more kiddos (10, 8, and 2) to go to Holiday World, which is actually about an hour drive from the condo. But we wanted to stay in Louisville and experience some of the city as well! The location was so perfect with kiddos. We felt very safe, and we were able to walk to many food places as a family. The older historic homes are just beautiful to walk by. And The Fish House right across the street is AMAZING and super family friendly! My kiddos absolutely loved all the fun Alexa features lol! They changed the lights and played with the music the entire time ? the NES game system and the arcade were huge hits, too? We also walked across the Big Four bridge which connects Louisville, KY to Jeffersonville, Indiana. So neat and beautiful and great to do with kiddos! Fun shopping and eating on the Jeffersonville side and an awesome park and splash pad on the Louisville side. It was a great day trip on the day we didn't want to go to the theme park! The actual condo had everything you might need! If you are on the fence, STAY here! You won't regret it ☺️ thank for a great stay, Matt!
