There's no shortage of things to do after dinner. Louisville has a vibrant nightlife, and the usual last call at many places is 4 AM! Staying at one of my condos puts you right in The Highlands, with some of the best local spots within walking distance. On cold or rainy nights, an Uber or Lyft can get you anywhere in the city in minutes.

Sometimes live bands. Weekends are usually packed with a 20s–30s crowd and a DJ.

Maybe one of the best beer bars ever, with 1,500+ beers from around the world, and the owner has stories for days. Cash only, but there's an ATM.
The Champagnery
Fun, classy spot for all things sparkling wine.
Hell or High Water
Fun speakeasy with unique cocktails and live jazz.
North of Bourbon
Vintage-inspired speakeasy with wood-paneled walls, about a mile from the condos.
Pin + Proof
A speakeasy inside the Omni hotel, with a bowling alley!
The Thirsty Pedaler
Pedal and sightsee around downtown Louisville.
Third Street Dive
Usually has live music going on.
Recbar
Dozens of old-school pinball and classic arcade machines with drinks and food. The New Albany location across the river is my favorite.
Hideaway Saloon
Beer tavern with video game consoles, ping pong, darts and more.
Zanzabar
If you're in town on a weekend and like EDM, house and a rave atmosphere with lasers, come Saturday night. The DJ starts at midnight. Check the website for live artists on other nights.
Galaxie Bar
EDM, with a large back venue called Outer Space and a DJ.
Gerstle’s
Longtime spot for live blues, rock and cover bands, with a full bar, pub food and the big game on TV.
Tin Roof
Unpretentious shotgun-shack bar and music venue with creative pub food.
Darling’s
Hip Art Nouveau cocktail lounge, about 1.5 miles from the condos.
The Old Seelbach Bar
Inside a historic hotel opened in 1905. F. Scott Fitzgerald used it as inspiration for The Great Gatsby. Take a walk around inside!
Fourth Street Live
Popular with tourists from the nearby hotels, though locals usually avoid it. Several restaurants, a few (overpriced, in my opinion) bars and occasional free concerts.
