About this space
Located in The Highlands, one of the most fun and safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks and bars; some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, the condo is tucked four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca), so you can sleep without being woken by the city’s 4 AM nightlife. It's a perfect home base for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries, and just minutes to downtown, I-65, the Expo Center and the airport.
The condo holds up to 6 guests comfortably. If you have 7 to 12 guests, you can book these two condos side by side for ultimate space and privacy.
This is the only true end unit in the building, with over 1,700 sq ft of fully renovated space. Appliances are all black stainless steel from Samsung, and there are Sonos surround sound speakers in every room.
- Sonos Arc soundbar with a gigantic 85″ TV in the living room, a 75″ TV in the primary bedroom and a 55″ TV in the second bedroom
- 2½ bathrooms, with heated toilet seats that have a bidet/washlet function
- A Peloton bike with modified pedals, so no special shoes needed
- Philips Hue lighting: change any room to a different color scene using Alexa
- Outdoor patio with furniture and a Weber grill for nice days
On the upper level, the two bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle, which makes it especially good for a group of couples or anyone traveling with kids.

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds, great towels. Top of the line lighting and the biggest TV I have ever seen! Every attention to detail. Best breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast too which is walking distance. Highly recommend Matt’s beautiful place.
The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Matt was awesome and so was the place! High tech with awesome lighting, plenty of space, clean and spacious. We were right at home!
This location was perfect for my group. Matt's place was very updated and pristine. There are lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Matt provided excellent information on checking in, parking, how to use the tech in the home and tons of local spots to try.
Beautiful place in a beautiful area with everything close by, walking distance to everything, Matt is great and will do anything to help accommodate.
The condo was extremely comfortable and attractive. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet for an in-town location. Two off-street parking spaces were an added bonus.
Matt's place was perfect for our family of 4. Very well taken care of, generous amenities that we had never experienced while renting other properties. The listing pics are exactly as the property appears, nothing hidden. Matt's communication was spot on. I would highly recommend!
Extremely nice place. Would for sure stay there again when in Louisville. The Condo was full of technology which was great. Furniture was very nice and comfortable. We even had a business meeting there with 7 people and was plenty of space.
Look forward to staying there again next year for the farm show.
This condo has everything you need for a great stay, our favorite amenities were the TV’s, the Keurig coffee maker, comfy beds and heated toilet seats. It is spacious, quiet, located in a safe neighborhood and perfect for two couples to stay. The dining space with comfortable chairs was perfect for a family night of playing cards. And the host Matt was super to work with. I would definitely recommend this place.
Matt is the ultimate host. Everything you can think of is in his Airbnb and the location is absolutely perfect. We will always stay here every year we are in Louisville. You will not regret staying here or any of his rentals.
