Swanky 2 Level Condo

  Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Shirt driving distance to other activities. My son loved the arcade game. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed.

About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

We had fun trying out all the electronic/media stuff,  like Hue lighting and updated light switches (I sound so old, lol)  Our 22 year old son gave this place a huge thumbs up.  There were plenty of viewing options on TV without our having to log into any of our personal apps.  My husband and I enjoyed playing arcade games; they brought back memories of high school.  

The kitchen appliances are top notch, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well stocked; there are more towels and pillows than anyone could possibly use.  The master closet is huge.  The beds are incredibly comfortable, more comfortable than my in laws' tempur-pedic that we slept on a few weeks prior to visiting L'ville.   (The beds in the 2d bedroom adjust so that you can sleep kind of sitting up if that is something you are looking for.)

If you happen to arrive late and drive in via the alleyway, don't freak out.  It's short, safe and leads to a well lit, and well maintained parking area.  I learned these alleyways are common all over Louisville.  We felt completely safe in this neighborhood.   

Matt is a great host.  He is very thorough and very responsive.    He has obviously made a huge effort with this place.  This air bnb is particularly well suited if you want some space for a longer stay.  We plan to return.

					  We loved our stay at Matt's place.  The location was great and just a few miles away from downtown, 2-3 miles from the interstate, 4 miles from Churchill Downs,... read more etc.  There are tons of restaurants and shops all in a short walking distance.  Nice neighborhood that was more of an arts district type of neighborhood.  We always felt safe in the neighborhood and the local neighbors were friendly and helpful too.  The instructions were perfect and had no issues with the parking or getting into the condo.  Overall a very comfortable place to stay and really convenient to all of the activities in Louisville.  I would most definitely stay there again.
