About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

It was super clean, the beds, sheets & comforters were amazing in each room, the kitchen was equipped with... read more anything you’d need to make meals, there were many games to choose from, fun lighting, etc. The outside patio area was comfortable & quiet. Matt provides a great manual with instructions on parking, how to work the lighting, TV’s, music, etc. It also gave listings of bars, restaurants & attractions which was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here anytime we’re back in Louisville. He really did think of everything!
