There is no shortage of things to do after dinner. Louisville has a very vibrant night life and the usual closing time / last call for alcohol is 4:00 AM at many establishments! Staying in one of my condo’s will put you right in the Highlands neighborhood which has some of the best venues in walking distance that all the locals celebrate at. For those cold or rainy days, Uber or Lyfts are around every corner and can bring you anywhere in the city in just minutes.

Hideaway Saloon – Beer tavern, video game consoles, ping pong, darts, etc.
Zanzabar – If you are staying on a weekend & enjoy EDM/house/lasers/a rave atmosphere, come here Saturday night. The DJ starts at midnight. Other days/times check websites for live artists coming through
Galaxie Bar – EDM, has a large back venue called “Outer Space” with a DJ
Gerstles – In the neighborhood of St. Matthews, longtime spot for live blues, rock & cover bands, with a full bar, pub fare & TVs showing big games

Darling’s – A new hip Art Nouveau cocktail lounge opened on Bardstown Road at the end of 2021. Aprox 1.5 mile away from a condo rented from this website
Old Seelbach Bar – Downtown, inside a historic hotel opened in 1905. F. Scott Fitzgerald used it as inspiration for The Great Gatsby. Take a walk around inside!
Fourth Street Live – Located downtown. Many tourists from the surrounding hotels come to it but the locals typically avoid it. Several restaurants, a few bars (although overpriced in my opinion) & occasionally free live concerts. Check their website for calendar and more information.
