Swanky 2 Level Condo

  Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Shirt driving distance to other activities. My son loved the arcade game. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed.

About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

The only bad things... read more I can say is that one of our bathroom tubs was clogged up but Matt did send an Uber with Drano and tub cleaner so we could try and unclog the tub. We did what we could. 



And the other bad thing was all the cars in the complex parking lot were broken into. Our window was cracked but the thief was not able to get into our car. So we do have to replace the window. Other then that Matt’s place was nice. The place actually looks better in person than in the pictures.

The condo was conveniently located by tons of shops and restaurants and we walked places, most... read more of the time.  The condo itself was super clean.  Matt has many accommodating factors in his place that you don’t generally find with other Airbnb’s, so if you’re on the fence about choosing this spot, don’t be!  It’s worth it!
