Swanky 2 Level Condo

  Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Shirt driving distance to other activities. My son loved the arcade game. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed.

About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and was equipped with the latest "smart" technology. It was close to the airport and near my daughter's house that we were visiting, so it was very convenient. We were also happy for the chance to meet our host. He was staying right next door but respected our privacy the entire time. We give Matt and his Airbnb a five-star rating and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in Louisville!

We used this apartment as home base for a... read more few days visiting distilleries on the bourbon trail.  The place feels safe and is well equipped with in the kitchen with full range of pans, coffee maker, even an air fryer!  There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided and the “guide book” that was provided was a great added bonus with info about businesses in the neighborhood.  When we found out our flights were delayed leaving Matt was quick and kind to accommodate a later check out since his schedule allowed also.  I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.  Thank you!
