About this space

Located in The Highlands; one of the most fun & safest areas in all of Louisville. You can walk to shops, restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Some are literally a stone’s throw away. Best of all, this condo is secluded four blocks from Bardstown Road (an entertainment mecca) so you’ll be able to sleep without being awoken by the city’s 4AM night life! A perfect home base centrally located for touring local attractions or bourbon distilleries. Just mins to downtown, I-65, expo center, & airport.

This condo can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. If you need have between 6-12 guests, you can book these two condos side-by-side for ultimate space and privacy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a very open space with the living room featuring 65′ Samsung QLED, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, free arcade machine, and Sonos speaker system.

On the upper level, the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends with laundry in the middle which makes it especially perfect for a group of couples or those traveling with kids.

					  My girlfriends and I were headed to Louisville to catch Beyonce. In this, the benefit of an Airbnb outweighed the cost of the hotel. We were all pretty new to... read more utilizing an Airbnb so we chose the Superhost. Matt was a great communicator who shared a 10 page pdf with every detail needed to have a good stay at his place. From a safety warning about uneven pavement outside, to detailed photos of where to park, and a binder filled with area attractions and restaurants, Matt covered everything. We all had enough space and everything was very clean with just enough extras around for our short stay. Quick note: the apartment lighting is on the darker side without much natural light. Toying with the light dimmers did not produce good enough light for applying makeup/getting ready, etc. so bring your lighted make up mirrors! Outside of that, everything was perfect!
